- You will perform technical research and/or item examination to identify repair parts or subassemblies required for the repair of aircraft engine modules, using Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPBs) and on-line technical databases.
- You will review and research the Engine Discrepancy Listing to determine if parts are available so that modules can be repaired and engines be made ready for issue (RFI).
- You will make recommendations for cannibalization of parts, reorder of materials, assuring NALCOMIS records are updated and that financial charges are correctly posted.
- You will maintain liaison with Supply Response Section (SRS) on maintenance material matters to ensure delivery of material required for module repairs to facilitate maintenance schedules.
- You will coordinate physical inventories of modules and engines within FRC, reconciling and initiating correction of module logbooks.
