This is an onsite position in Nashville, TN.

Position Overview for the Operations Manager:

• Coordinates daily project operations for optimal performance and adherence to schedules.
• Responds to emergencies and oversees physical reconstruction restoration.
• Manages production staff, including hiring and training, and ensures timely and compliant work order processes.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of operational processes.
• Conducts onsite audits for quality and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills for the Operations Manager:

• 5-10 years' experience in restoration management (mitigation and reconstruction), with a preference for a bachelor's degree in business administration, operational management, or finance.
• Proven leadership in operations, emphasizing cost management and profitability.
• Strong analytical skills for business processes and knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
• Effective in training, informing, and responding to inquiries from employees and customers.
• Holds a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Familiarity with Restore356, Xactimate, and XactAnalysis for project estimation and management is a plus.
