Job summary

The Property Maintenance Technician Level II or III will be responsible for performing various tasks related to equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance in order to ensure the property and grounds meet the company’s established standards and any applicable laws.

Responsibilities

Schedules, prioritizes and ensures timely completion (48 hours) of all work orders.
Completes basic repairs related to HVAC, electrical work, carpentry, fixtures plumbing appliances windows etc.

Requirements
