    Member Services Representative at Taymax

    We are seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences for Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

    • Greet individuals with a positive attitude, providing outstanding service.
    • Handle front desk activities:
    • Answer phone calls in a friendly manner and assist callers with various questions.
    • CHECK MEMBERS INTO THE SYSTEM< . < LI>Take prospective members on tours of the club facilities.
