Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a deep understanding of client needs. High levels of self-accountability and a strong work ethic are crucial to succeed in this role.

$90,000 -$120,000 yearly

• Engage with clients to understand their home buying preferences and requirements.
• Efficiently manage leads and client interactions within our CRM database.
• Show homes to prospective buyers and guide them through the purchase process.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction.
• Build lasting relationships through stellar service and expert advice, encouraging repeat and referral business.
• Stay proactive in prospecting new leads and promoting new business to grow our sales pipeline.

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
