    $150K - $165K Plus Benefits And Bonus.

    Hybrid RoleReporting to Boca Raton Office.

    Role Description:

    We are seeking highly motivated accounting professionals to join our dynamic Audit division. Our team helps clients improve their audit efficiencies and facilitate better decision-making. This role is focused on planning and directing financial audits, preparing budgets, drafting financial statements, and diligently implementing GP's audit approach and procedures to achieve the best corporate audit and financial reporting practices

    • Provide a variety of professional services including financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures, and testing of internal controls.
    • Resolve client audit queries efficiently.
    • Continually broadening technical knowledge through review of complex client transactions.
    • Research and stay up to date on auditing issues.
    • Participate in audit planning and research.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through communication, setting priorities, and managing/meeting deadlines.
    • Work closely with audit team members on client management, professional development, and business development.
    • Oversee junior audit associates.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Degree in Accounting orTaxation.
    • CPA License or eligibility to take the CPA exam.
    • At least three years of experiencewith tax preparation for individuals and corporations.
    • Excellent analytical and technical skills.
    • Ability to work in a cross-functional, entrepreneurial atmosphere to achieve measurable results and improve existing processes.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey both analysis and findings to management and external clients clearly and understandably.
    • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
