Requirements for the role:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or progress towards CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is advantageous.
Internship or work experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
Basic understanding of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
Strong analytical and numerical skills to accurately manage financial data.
Attention to detail and precision in the execution of tasks.
Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ethical judgment and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
