Job summary
The CNC Machinist I assists in set-up of simple jobs and operation of CNC equipment, tooling maintenance, and ensuring that all required processes are completed to produce parts that meet quality and ISO standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in set-ups of simple jobs and operate conventional, special-purpose, and computerized numerical control (CNC) machines and machining centers to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts.
- Selects aligns secures holding fixtures cutting tools attachments accessories materials on machines such as mills lathes jig borers grinders tooling pre-setter.
