Emergency Medicine physician employment in Oregon :

• Hospital-employed
• Team of 5+ fulltime physicians and 2 fulltime nurse practitioners
• Level IV trauma center
• 71 24-hour shifts per year (.81 FTE)
• Roughly six 24-hour shifts per month
• Nurse practitioner support during peak hours (10a-10p)
• Approximately 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift
• About 12,000 to 13,000 visits annually
• Zero travel nurses during pandemic
• EpicEMR
• Very competitive total compensation opportunity (350k+) which includes:
• Quality incentives up to $50,000
• RVU bonus based on annual threshold (our providers are on pace to achieve the threshold)
