    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Medical Dialysis Technician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and education to patients with end-stage renal disease.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high-quality patient care, including hemodialysis treatments, patient monitoring, and education
    • Collaborate with our cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
    • Develop long-term relationships with patients and their families
    • Provide accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience preferred
    • Must be comfortable working around blood and needles
    • Ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on your feet
    • Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed
