- 3+ Plus Years in a Senior Leadership Role in a College or University setting

Now seeking and experienced Food Service Director with a strong background in Higher Education Dining. Must have operational knowledge including FOH, BOH, Retail, Cafe, Food Court, Student Dining Programs, and solid Catering experience.

We are seeking a polished and professional Manager with a winning attitude and ready to hit the ground running in a busy University Dining Setting.
The Food Service Director has an overall responsibility of food service. He/she institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; overseas the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results. The General Manager reports to University Administration and The District Manager.
