- Perform current state process and system reviews (inclusive of clinical protocols, operational processes, financial analysis and technical systems review)
- Perform gap analyses
- Develop pro formas and ROI calculations in collaboration with Finance
- Document workflows and assessments via Visio & PowerPoint
- Establish methodologies for metrics, thresholds and targets
- Drive workgroup execution via minutes, action items, content creation, communication, education & training materials
- Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to bring order to unstructured problems
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats and across diverse audiences
- Execute complex initiatives timely (proven track record of historical execution and success)
- Demonstrate track record of data driven monitoring inclusive of development of measures, manipulation of data and data visualization
- Work autonomously with little direction and demonstrate ability to take initiative
- Build productive and collaborative relationships with team members and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback
