    Web UX Information Architect

    The Web Information Architect role will focus on establishing content management standards and processes for our B2B website, as well as explore opportunities for improving the user experience through testing and user feedback.

    This role will be critical to the success and scaling of the B2B unified website that recently launched.

    This role will ensure the site is user-friendly and will continuously work to optimize the site based on feedback and data.


    What you'll do:
    Understand and document the site structure, as well as how people are using the site and identifying user pain points
    Provide insights to business owners as the site evolves over time, including data-driven recommendations to meet site objectives
    Ensure usability meets accessibility requirements and forward-thinking trends
    Build out a set of controlled vocabularies that describe and classify your content
    Train others to understand the taxonomy and enforce when terminology is used incorrectly
    Define tagging strategy and maintain documentation of tag taxonomy
    Conduct research to understand the findability and discoverability of the content on the site
    Use analytics reports and user testing to identify under-performing opportunities
    Work with stakeholders to understand content goals and design research or tests to support those goals
    Identify and categorize all the digital content on the website, and maintain that inventory consistently
    Evaluate the usefulness of current content and deciding whether we should keep it, remove it, or update it

    Who you are:
    3+ years experience in web strategy, information architecture, or related roles
    Strong understanding of web analytics, A/B testing, and user experience principles
    Demonstrated success in developing and growing content management standards
    Excellent project management and communication skills
    Familiarity with content management systems and web development technologies
    Experience with Adobe Experience Manager a plus
    Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
    A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset

    The total cash range for this position in Austin is $110,500.00 to $155, Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.


    Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience.

    Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
