    We are looking for teammates who are:

    What you will do:
    As a Training Coordinator you will lead efforts to develop DORWAY, the SCDOR's integrated tax portal, testing and training materials. You also help provide agency consultation involving testing, training, and basic security profiles for the DORWAY system.

    Primary job duties include:
    • Coordinating and leading efforts to develop DORWAY testing and training sessions and materials for SQRs and Projects
    • Conducting test scenario assignment reviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
    • Conducting training sessions and reviews with SMEs
    • Working alongside management to perform needs assessment to identify testing and training groups
    • Completing DORWAY security requests and administering end-user change requests
    • Coordinating, monitoring, and prioritizing production support tickets and end-user questions
    • Assisting with SCDOR internal and external training efforts related to DORWAY and MyDORWAY
    • Partnering with other divisions to share new materials and related information with other SCDOR divisions and external customers
    Minimum and Additional Requirements

    A high school diploma and relevant program experience.

    Additional Requirements:
    • In an event of a system emergency, 24 hour on-call assistance may be required
    • On occasion overnight travel may be required
