Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

A **_Dunkin' Shift Leader (SL)_** understands and exceeds guest expectations, needs and requirements.

A successful **_SL_** sets and maintains high standards for oneself, others, and acts as a role model.

**_SL's_** identify and communicate team goals and seek to understand conflict through active listening.

**_SL's_** identify and resolve issues and problems to provide guests with a pleasant experience.

Relationships with team members are expected to be developed and maintained by all **_SL's._**
