    As a Licensed Therapist at Integrated Psych Solutions (IPS), you will be part of a revolutionary breakthrough in mental healthcare We have an integrated, early-intervention approach to mental healthcare that benefits patients, staff, and the facilities we work with. IPS is a Georgia based healthcare organization that provides mental health services to local healthcare facilities including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and acute care centers. We also have an extensive outpatient program in the states of Georgia and Florida. Founded in 2019, we are in an exciting growth stage with multiple expansion opportunities in the near-term and opportunity for growth and leadership within the company.

    We are a flexible company and offer a variety of work settings and schedules We have clients needing services in multiple settings.

    • Acute Care: You will be focused on therapeutic work with adult patients in an acute care setting. You will have the opportunity to work in different areas within the hospital, providing risk assessments as well as individual and/or group counseling.
    • Outpatient: You will be focused on therapeutic work with adults, adolescents, and children in an outpatient setting and as part of a collaborative team. We partner with local medical practices to provide mental health service to patients right in their medical practice.
    • Senior Living Communities: You will be focused on therapeutic work with the geriatric population in retirement facilities.


    We can work with your availability In the acute care and senior living settings, you can work day and/or evening shifts any day of the week. In the outpatient setting, we operate within the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

    • Competitive Compensation: We offer a salary of $55,000 to $72,500 annually for full-time employees. On top of that, you would be eligible for a $5,000 clinical bonus ($1,250 paid quarterly based on productivity). PRN employees are offered $31-40 an hour.

    Requirements:

    • Valid license as Professional Counselor (LPC), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with requisite state eligibility
    • 2+ years of experience as a therapist or counselor
