- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on various types of forklifts.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical problems.
- Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide recommendations for preventative maintenance to enhance forklift performance and longevity.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues regarding repair status and service recommendations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a forklift mechanic/technician.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
