Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction to all cafe staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service and uphold our commitment to culinary excellence.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance the cafe's profitability, growth, and reputation.
Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in upscale dining.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of fostering a positive work culture.
