    About the Opportunity

    The Recruiting Supervisor will report directly to the Senior Recruiting Manager and have the responsibility to support the strategic hiring for Mosaic Pediatric Therapy.

    This position would partner with the Senior leader to lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team to continuously aid in the successful hiring for the organization.

    Partnering with internal stakeholders to establish hiring needs and best practices to achieve optimal staffing levels will be imperative to the success of this role.

    Responsibilities

    Lead, coach and engage recruiting team in high volume recruiting model to meet the needs of a rapidly growing organization, with the willingness to roll up your sleeves to support the team
    Prioritize and direct team resources to meet team performance goals and metrics.
    Update and ensure the accuracy of ATS, internal tracking tools and job boards
    Propose solutions to create efficiencies and increase the effectiveness of our team in delivering on hiring goals
    Personally recruit on roles as needed by the organization
    Partner with key stakeholders to understand future talent needs
    Work with Senior leadership to identify sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines
    Provide helpful guidance on best hiring practices and advise as needed for hiring managers
    Ability to work in a faced paced environment with critical thinking and strategic mindset for success

    Education, Experience and Skills

    Excellent organization, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
    Excellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skills
    Good organization and time management skills
    Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Gmail office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Bachelor's degree preferred
    2+ years of high volume recruiting experience
    2+ years of working in a leadership capacity
    Knowledge of and experience with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets
    Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
    Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow between Candidates, Hiring Managers and the Recruiting team
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Organized, analytical, strong business acumen, intellectual depth, moral integrity, personal vision, creativity, and sincerity
