    Description

    Job Duties

    Moves packages, documents, hazardous materials and/or supplies in a timely, safe, and efficient manner using effective scanning and loading techniques. This is a non-driving position. Performs other assigned duties.

    Requirements

    • Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance from the ground to chest level.
    • Able to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 pounds using appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
    • Able to walk and stand for designated work hours.
    • Able to bend and squat for designated work hours.
    • Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level.
    • Able to work in all weather conditions if required at work location.
    • Able to climb stairs and ladders if required at work location.
    • Able to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training.
    • Able to communicate effectively in a noisy operations environment.

    Work Conditions

    This is a non-covered safety-sensitive position that requires constant alertness and safe working practices.

    Compensation

    $18.98-$26.09 per hour. Eligible employees receive health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement. Additional pay, premiums, or bonuses may be available based on experience and performance.
