- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of lock systems, both mechanical and electronic
- Responsible for maintaining an accurate key inventory
- Accountable for the accurate documentation in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) of labor hours expended and materials consumed
- May be called upon after hours to provide emergency access to buildings or rooms within buildings
- The aptitude required to complete common locksmith tasks
- Proficient in the operation and use of common locksmith equipment and tools
- Possess above average personal computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read, understand and comply with all company policies and procedures
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Capable of and willing to advance his or her locksmith knowledge and expertise through on-the-job training and self-study
- Must be at least 19 years old and have valid driver's license; good driving record required
- May require the use of respiratory protection and will require compliance with applicable regulations
- Ability to walk long distances over uneven terrain and climb stairs and ladders in all types of weather conditions
- Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Physical stamina to withstand heavy labor related work in an outside environment
- Standing, bending, kneeling, crawling, for extended periods of time are required
- Must be at least 19 years old, possess a current, valid driver's license with a good driving record

Job Summary:
The Engineering/Maintenance team is responsible for opening properties prior to guest arrival, maintenance and repair during the season and closing properties at the end of the season.

Schedule:
Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
