Position Title Custodial Aide Department Facilities Services Department SummaryThe Facilities Services Department is responsible for the care and maintenance of Facilities throughout campus.
General Job Description
Job description may include routine duties with no prior experience needed to be able to perform. May involve a modest degree of responsibility and judgment.
Routine data entry; Answering phones; Making copies; Greeting customers; Taking messages; Managing confidential information; Maintain regular attendance; and, Perform other job duties as assigned.
Specific DutiesRecycling materials, making bails, picking up all recycling on campus.
Keeping the recycling yard clean, separate all recyclables.
Vacuums, sweeps, and empties trash receptacles.
Mop floors, wash windows, clean restrooms.
Help with setups, pressure washing, shovel snow.
Maintain regular attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
College student at NMHU enrolled with a minimum of six (6) credit hours. High school diploma or GED.
Experience:
None
Preferred Qualifications Physical Demands
Frequently:
Standing, Walking, Bending, Squatting, Kneeling, Repetitive hand motion, Prolonged use of computer
Occasionally:
