    We are seeking experienced Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians to join our team at Bay Climate Control and Refrigeration in Panama City, Florida.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
    • Diagnose system issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
    • Communicate with clients to address concerns and provide recommendations.
    • Complete service reports accurately and timely.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration.
    • Proficient knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, components, and diagnostic tools.
    • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Must have tools of the trade.
