Job Purpose:
The Phone Center Representative is the go-to person for our customers, handling inbound calls to help them find the right parts and ensure they have a positive experience.

High School Diploma, college degree preferred.
Preferred 2 years of parts counter experienceStrong understanding of basic truck systemsThe ability to use business systems for daily tasks.
Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.Proven customer service skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in computer use, especially Google Applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Dependable, with reliable attendance and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
