    Vital to our team is the Associate Project Manager who will help us continue our focus on disruptive clean water technologies.

    While a CSCP or CPP certification isn't necessary, it would be an asset in this role, especially for managing oversight of the supply chain.

    Reporting to the R&D manager, you'll serve as the primary coordinator to source experimental parts, facilitate vendor setup, manage inventory for beta and production builds, and coordinate project schedules.

    Researches and purchases experimental parts and materials to support engineering, lab, and operations.
    Manage schedule and inventory for R&D and production builds.
    Coordinate and update project schedules created by engineering team.
    Investigates and keeps management informed of problems in shipping projects that are compliant with customer's target receipt date.
    Communicate project status, issues, risks, and activities. Determines critical need items and helps in establishing priorities with Materials and/or Shipping Departments on scheduled ship dates.

    Bachelor of Science Degree or related discipline required (or equivalent education/experience), coupled with 1-3 years of previous experience in a related project management function.

    Excellent organizational skills are required in the planning and problem resolution for complex long-term projects.
    MS Office and MS Project proficiency required.
    JDE and SAP Concur experience a plus.
