- This role is based in Sedro-Woolley, Washington State.
- Maintains facilities in good working order; performs repairs as instructed by lead.
- Required to carry out specific technical tasks, with occasional need to enhance skills to adapt to changing job conditions.
- Shows awareness of, and consideration for, a diverse workforce.
- Troubleshoots, maintains, inspects, adjusts, and fixes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
- Manages the Energy Management System (EMS), HVAC controls, and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ).
- Oversees work by external contractors to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Conducts preventive maintenance on HVAC units, exhaust systems, chillers, etc.
- Procures and manages inventory of equipment parts, chemicals, and supplies.
- Responds to regular and emergency repair calls.
- Assists and acts as backup for other Facilities team members.
- Keeps personnel informed about work orders for decision-making purposes.
- Logs data related to Gas Usage, Climate, Humidity, etc.
- Adheres to safety and company policies.
- Works well independently and collaboratively with others.
- Performs any other assigned duties.
- MUST BE U.S. CITIZEN OR LEGAL PERMANENT RESIDENT.

- EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent with at least three years of experience in HVAC systems.
- Proficient in English communication skills, both verbal and written.
