    Job Overview

    We are currently on the lookout for a Facilities Project Manager to join our team based in Holland.

    As a Facilities Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

    • Leading major facility projects and teams for new construction, renovations, and modifications
    • Coordinating design, engineering, and implementation of facilities and related systems to ensure compliance with building codes
    • Being the Program Leader and Project Manager for strategic projects and international initiatives
    • Managing project budgets, contracts, quality control, and project delivery timelines
    • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior Project Managers and team members
    • Overseeing day-to-day project management and resolution of issues

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in real estate, architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field
    • Registered professional license preferred (e.g., PE or AIA designation)
    • Minimum of six years experience in facilities design, engineering, or construction management
    • Experience in architectural design, corporate real estate, and project leadership

    OR

    • Master's degree in management, real estate, architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field
    • Registered professional license preferred (e.g., PE or AIA designation)
    • Minimum of four years experience in facilities design, engineering, or construction management
    • Experience in architectural design, corporate real estate, and project leadership

    Ideally, you also have demonstrated:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in CAD and CAFM systems
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and meet customer expectations
    • Strong understanding of facilities electrical and mechanical functions
    • Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and ADA compliance
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
    • Willingness to travel, including internationally, up to 15% of the time
    • Proficiency in PC skills and project management software
