    We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Nursing Professional to join our team at Christus Health. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

    Job Summary:

    The Advanced Nursing Professional will provide direct patient care, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to excellence in patient-centered care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
    • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
    • Education: Develop and implement education programs for patients, families, and healthcare staff to promote health literacy and improve patient outcomes.
    • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
    • Experience: 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty.
    • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure in the state of employment or compact license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

    Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
