    Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift – Cleveland,

    OH


    SCHEDULE:
    Monday – Friday (8 Hours)

    2nd Shift: 10am – 6:30pm


    Where You'll Be Working:
    The individual selected for this role will be expected to work on-site at the Millcraft store located at:

    9010 Rio Nero Drive, Independence, OH 44131

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES &


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck to pull and prepare outbound customer orders
    Build, wrap, sort, pick, pack, and stage customer orders
    Load outbound delivery trucks and will calls
    Consolidate product to maximize space utilization
    Repackage and/or relabel products due to damages/vendor errors and returns
    Stock received merchandise and/or movement of stock items
    Clean the workspace as you for and participate with the team in keeping the facility clean, safe and accident free
    Answer phones and follow-up on orders, shortages and/or mistakes
    Other duties as assigned by Supervisor


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skill
    Attention to detail, organization and project management skills
    Proven ability to read and interpret printed orders and direction
    Demonstrated record of safety and quality control
    Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
    Regularly exhibits a strong work ethic and high degree of self-motivation
    Perform duties under minimal direction
    High sense of urgency and be able to multi-task competing priorities
    Excellent attendance record.
    Must have proficient math skills
    Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check


    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    Ability to lift items that weigh a minimum of 50lbs regularly
    Ability to stand for long periods of time
    Ability to bend, stoop and climb repetitiously throughout the day
    EDUCATION &


    EXPERIENCE:
    High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
    Minimum 1 warehouse experience preferred
    Minimum 1 year experience with Forklift preferred
    Minimum 1 year experience with Pallet Jacks preferred
    Minimum 1 years experience with Reach Trucks preferred

    COMPENSATION:
    This is a full-time non-exempt position. Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Millcraft offers a benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Life Insurance, PTO, Retirement Plan, and more.
