Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic recruitment and yield initiatives.
Assist the Director in shaping the incoming classes by advising and interviewing prospective students.
Evaluate academic and professional backgrounds to assess admissibility.
Make admissions recommendations.
Oversee admissions process.
Consult with various University offices and departments to respond to admissions and student-related inquiries, issues, and problems.

Plan and participate in recruitment events both on-and off-campus; oversee logistics and participate in information sessions, class visits and other events; assess effectiveness and participate in goal setting.
