    Shifts: 8a-4:30p

    Days: Monday thru Friday

    Weekends: rotating manageron duty

    Location: 4347 Lebanon Pike,Hermitage, TN, 37076

    Compensation: $76,000

    General Overview

    Due to the high amountof detail and electronic tracking of information, this position requiresadvanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, familiarity with medicalterminology, coding and advanced computer literacy.

    This position performsrelease of PHI (Protected Health Information) and electronic medical recordorganization. Associates in this role foster patient privacy andmaintain confidentiality in all aspects of this role.

    This position requiresstrong analytical and organizational skills to always assure accuracy of theelectronic record.

    This position promotespositive customer relations through prompt and courteous service in afast-paced environment.

    This position requiresconfidence and organization to provide ongoing education to staff and clientswho rely on our technology to provide exceptional care. This individualwould be identified as the IT Champion.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Establish and Maintain Electronic Health Record
    • Establish and Maintain Electronic Health Record
    • Prepare, edit, and create electronic products per specification.
    • Review electronic data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
    • Enter data and verify client paperwork for accuracy.
    • Keep electronic files organized for easy retrieval when needed.
    • Archive electronic records and maintain the server.

    • Advanced Knowledge in EHR platform.
    Preferred Requirements
    • RN License Required for this role.
    • Certificate or degree from college or technical school or 12 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience within Electronic Health record Implementation and management.
