    The role of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Coordinator is on the direct-to-consumer (DTC) team and will be responsible for supporting CRM program execution for , , and sub programs within each. This includes email, App and SMS. We are looking for an individual who can work successfully with stakeholders across our DTC, Marketing, Licensing and Creative teams and is also comfortable working autonomously. This role requires comfort in a fast-paced environment. This person will report into the Email Marketing Manager and will work diligently to ensure marketing communications executed effectively and efficiently. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to have a finger on the pulse of pop culture. This individual must be proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

    What You'll Do

    • Execute email campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud ranging from campaign emails to newsletters, exclusive drops, triggered emails and more.
    • Execute app notifications, in-app messages and SMS campaigns
    • Support maintenance of email editorial calendar across brands (Funko, Loungefly, and sub-programs such as Pop Yourself, Digital Pop and Loyalty)
    • Maintain and track ticketing process for upcoming email campaigns in Jira and/or Asana Project Management Software
    • Proofread marketing messages for clarity, grammar, and spelling, as well as QA message content and CTA links
    • Ensure marketing messages follow industry policies, ADA compliance, and best practices
    • Support efforts to build out segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content
    • Support efforts to develop and implement A/B testing strategies in email campaigns
    • Collaboration with EMEA counterparts and additional stakeholders to ensure consistency across brands

    What You'll Bring

    • Ability to execute CRM campaigns across Salesforce Marketing Cloud – across email, app and SMS
    • Basic understanding of testing, email analysis, and reporting
    • Keen eye to preserve integrity of the Funko brand and messaging throughout the entire campaign development process
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
    • Comfort in communicating with multiple individuals within the business and collaborating with multiple departments
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
    • Experience with HTML and CSS a plus
    • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud required
    • Experience Google Analytics, Jira Project Management Software, Asana project management software or Adobe Creative Cloud a plus

    Salary Information

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $34.62 per hour. ​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Work Environment

    The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
