Responsibilities
Program Overview
This role entails delivering Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to adolescents aged 12 to 17 exhibiting severe antisocial behaviors and facing potential placement away from home due to their actions. The MST program centers on the understanding that a child's behavioral issues often stem from various factors like family dynamics, peer influence, school or community problems, and personal traits. Addressing all these interconnected areas simultaneously is the core of the MST model.

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance for work purposes.
Community-based staff will receive mileage reimbursement.
Salary
$58,000 per year, dependent on education level and clinical licensure.
Qualifications
Requirements
Preference for a Master's degree in a social services field
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory. Acceptable degrees encompass social work, psychology, counseling, criminal justice, guidance counseling, or family therapy. Other degrees will undergo evaluation for qualification determination.
Experience with at-risk youth and family dynamics
Background in family therapy or MST services is advantageous
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently
