    Job Description:


    Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented PD&E Project Manager to join our team In this role you will get to serve our best clients in the industry to deliver challenging PD&E projects.


    What You'll Be Doing:
    Utilize industry experience and knowledge of client to assist with pursuit strategies
    Identify key pursuits
    Lead pursuit efforts (pre-sale, teaming, proposal, interview, presentations, etc.)
    Scope development/refinement
    Negotiations
    Team (internal/external) collaboration and coordination during project delivery
    Monitoring and mentoring of staff
    Leading internal/external progress meetings
    Management of scope, schedule, and budget
    Identification of opportunities for follow-up work

    What Required Skills You'll Bring:


    Incumbent must possess experience in delivering Major FDOT PD&E projects (new alignment, new interchange, interchange modifications, major capacity, reconstruction and bridge replacement).

    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field and typically 12+ years of related work experience is required.
    Proven ability to perform in a management capacity.
    Excellent writing and oral communications skills.
    Strong business acumen and proven experience in management of staff resulting in profitable projects and favorable FDOT grades.
    In-depth knowledge of FDOT PD&E Manual, and associated state and federal guidelines/requirements.
    Report development skills.
    What Desired Skills You'll Bring
    Professional registration in the State of Florida.
    Graphics development.
    Final Design experience.

    Salary Range:
