- Customer Relations and Service:
- Address customer complaints regarding services.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Performance Management:
- Establish sales quotas and objectives.
- Monitor and manage the performance of the sales team.
- Identify and pursue emerging markets to capitalize on new sales prospects.
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans.
- Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in Xactimate.
- Provide comprehensive in-field sales training, including door-to-door sales techniques.
- Deliver training on insurance claims processes to the sales team.
- Manage insurance claims processes and liaise with adjusters.
- Ensure the sales team meets company-mandated performance standards.
