    Description
    Position: Sales Manager The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the Residential Sales Department. Their duties include hiring and training residential sales staff, relaying information from management to the sales team about sales quotas, and generating leads to divide among Sales Representatives. Responsibilities:
    • Leadership and Management:
      • Supervise daily operations of the Residential Sales Department.
      • Recruit, train, and mentor residential sales staff.
      • Communicate sales targets and management directives to the sales team.
      • Allocate leads among Sales Representatives.
    • Sales Strategy and Execution:
      • Plan and oversee local and regional sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
      • Develop and execute hiring and training strategies for new Sales Representatives.
      • Coordinate and direct all sales activities at local and regional levels.
      • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Customer Relations and Service:
      • Address customer complaints regarding services.
      • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
      • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients.
    • Performance Management:
      • Establish sales quotas and objectives.
      • Monitor and manage the performance of the sales team.
      • Identify and pursue emerging markets to capitalize on new sales prospects.
      • Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans.
    • Skill Requirements:
      • Proficiency in Xactimate.
      • Provide comprehensive in-field sales training, including door-to-door sales techniques.
      • Deliver training on insurance claims processes to the sales team.
      • Manage insurance claims processes and liaise with adjusters.
      • Ensure the sales team meets company-mandated performance standards.
    ** Compensation will be based upon experience – the range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 salary **
