lead contract negotiations, procurement activities with contractors, financiers, non-profits, consultants, attorneys, and other development partners, a nalyze the feasibility of potential development projects and submit proposals to the Director for consideration, maintain relationships with public, non-profit, and private developers regarding possible partnerships and opportunities to develop affordable housing.

In addition, you will assist in management and monitoring of development activity along all phases the project lifecycle from pre-development, construction and long-term operations, including structuring public/private financing for successful project completion, and ensure successful completion of all requirements for development projects, including environmental review, submission of plans, policies and funding applications.

The ideal candidate for this position has strong analytical and communication skills and collaborates well with project partners as well as team members.

Qualified candidates will possess at least of 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in the operation of one or more types of housing assistance programs and a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, public administration or related field.
