- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Month-End Close: Lead the month-end close process and contribute to timely and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred.
- 3 years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems; [specific ERP system] knowledge is a plus.
