    Job Description

    Position Overview: As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in the financial operations of our client's manufacturing business. You will be responsible for a range of accounting functions, including financial reporting, analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.     Key Responsibilities:

    1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
    2. Month-End Close: Lead the month-end close process and contribute to timely and accurate financial reporting.
    3. General Ledger Management: Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries.
    4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with finance teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
    5. Variance Analysis: Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

      The Successful Applicant

      Qualifications:

      1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred.
      2. 3 years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on manufacturing or related industries.
      3. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
      4. Experience with ERP systems; [specific ERP system] knowledge is a plus.
      5. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
      6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What's on Offer
