- Charts and reports patient observations accurately.
- Participates in continuing education and committee activities.
- Provides direct and indirect patient care.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Minimum Level of Education: Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing.
- Formal Training: Management skills with experience in planning, organizing, and communication.
- Licensure, Certification, Registration: Must maintain a Registered Nurse License in Georgia, BLSCPR and ACLS certifications.
- Work Experience: Three to five years Med Surg or related experience with intermediate computer skills.
