Would you like to learn a trade with terrific opportunity for growth? We'll train you to install integrated security systems? We have an exciting new position, available due to continued growth of a local company that has been in business for more than 20 years.

Installation Technicians install new equipment, repair or replace inoperative equipment and test for operations. You should have a mechanical aptitude and excellent work ethic. An ability to read building electrical & sprinkler plans is a plus. A focus on professionalism and communication is key to this role. We provide in-house, manufacturer, field and industry training. Overtime is available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create an environment which achieves ultimate customer service/satisfaction.
• Responsible for the installation of access control systems, digital and analog camera systems, intercoms and alarm systems.
• Work and collaborate directly with service and install teams.
• Ensure all actions of the company are accomplished in an ethical and prudent manner while following all safety and regulatory rules and compliance.

Requirements:

• Solid problem-solving skills, and the ability diagnose problems and solve them efficiently
• Needs to be able to work independently after training and be a self-motivator
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a company vehicle
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings helpful
• Strong customer service orientation
• High energy, detailed oriented, results driven, self-motivated individual
• Excellent attitude, work ethic and work quality
• High School Diploma or GED
