- Design and evaluate clinical simulation curriculum
- Ensure instruction aligns with professional standards
- Develop and enforce lab policies and procedures
- Manage lab budget and seek grant funding
- Maintain relationships with relevant entities
- Participate in committee work and advise nursing students
- Prepare and deliver nursing concepts
- Facilitate clinical activities
- Masters in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current Indiana RN License
- Minimum 3 years of nursing practice
- Experience in simulation-based education
- Certification in Healthcare Simulation Education preferred
- Demonstrated ability in simulation scenario planning and evaluation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
