    Description


    Compensation $90,000 - $130,000 Per Year + Full BenefitsThe Senior Financial Analyst will oversee our client's Manufacturing Plant and will be to provide strong financial leadership to the operations function, which includes manufacturing, the sales inventory and operations planning process and the sourcing function.

    In addition, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing global business support for forecasting, analysis and reporting.


    Responsibilities:


    Provide financial support to the Leaders of OperationsContribute financial analysis support to the demand planning, inventory and operating planning processDrive consistent reporting and tracking of productivityProvide financial support and analysis to key productivity initiatives projectsDrive consistent financial processes across all plants including Financial Planning and Analysis, Performance Management Scorecard Reporting , cost allocations and inventory product costingDrive consistent financial models and decision support models across operations, including restructuring analysis, Capital Budgeting Financial Analysis, etc.

    Coordinate quarterly internal control assessment activities for the divisionMay be required to perform other related duties as assignedQualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience backgroundMinimum of 7 years overall finance experienceMinimum of 3 years cost account experience2 years of Manufacturing/Plant financial or operational experience1 year in a financial leadership positionWorking knowledge of SAP or ERP systemsStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and financial modeling softwareProven ability to effectively influence others at various levels of the organizationSolid knowledge of plant cost accounting and analysisStrong decision support and modeling skillsSolid planning and analysis skills for Annual Operating Planning process, forecasts, analyses, etc.
