Job Description:

Position: Senior SailPoint Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Wilmington, DE
Type: Long Term Contract

Skills:

1. SailPoint IIQ application onboarding

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

Collaborate with key stakeholders, security teams, and other departments for application onboarding requirements
Understand stakeholder requirements and transform them into user stories for the development team
Manage JIRA dashboard, update JIRA stories with application information, meeting notes, and relevant updates
Coordinate meetings with technical teams and downstream app owners to address application functionality, access provisioning, and connectivity issues
Create and maintain onboarding flow diagrams, functional documents, and other necessary documentation
Explain the importance of consolidating access requests to SailPoint IIQ platform and detail the end-to-end onboarding process
Participate in stand-up meetings to provide progress updates and resolve any issues related to application onboarding
Engage in release planning meetings to contribute insights on development timelines

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in SailPoint / IAM Business Analysis
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Experience in Agile development environments
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint or other similar platforms is advantageous
