- Effectively manage leads and convert them into customers through proactive lead management.
- Execute a structured sales process to meet customer needs and finalize rental agreements.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Regularly inspect unit inventory to ensure accurate tracking and cleanliness.
- Maintain brand standards, including lighting and security, to enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct security audits to protect the facility and tenants' belongings.
- Manage delinquent accounts and follow proper procedures for collections.
- Facilitate the auction process for units with overdue accounts.
- Ensure accurate daily business reconciliation and manage financial transactions.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with preference for previous sales or customer service experience.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with flexibility for varied shifts.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication.
- Attention to detail in inventory management, brand standards, and security protocols.
- Proficiency in delinquency management, including collection calls and auctions.
