Role Overview:
Seeking Systems Engineer in Milwaukee with expertise in Unified Communications, focusing on VOIP, SBCs, SIP, Zoom, and similar technologies. Responsibilities include configuration, integration, and maintenance of telephony solutions, ensuring compliance with requirements.

Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage telephony products.
Collaborate on new product launches.
Troubleshoot VOIP integration issues.
Optimize system performance.
Coordinate with vendors for solution delivery.
Evaluate third-party telephony products.
Develop disaster recovery strategies.
Stay updated on emerging technologies.
Solve technical issues and mentor peers.
Establish best practices for compliance and security.
Stay informed about telephony industry trends.
Utilize tools for problem-solving.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years of relevant VOIP/Telecom & Zoom experience.
Expertise in real-time communication protocols.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Knowledge of Java/Python/Go is a plus.
Experience with CICD concepts preferred.
Solid understanding of traditional and cloud technologies.
