    OVERVIEW

    Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Stamford, CT.

    SUMMARY

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, scope, and deliverables using agile tools like JIRA, while also supporting leadership communication and continuous improvement strategies. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring project alignment with organizational goals and creating clear, effective presentations for stakeholders.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Project Manager will drive end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery
    • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
    • Track project scope, milestones, and deliverables using JIRA and other project management tools
    • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project success
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
    • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and status updates using PowerPoint
    • Partner with leadership to develop strategic improvements and process enhancements across project delivery
    • Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and ensure follow-up on action items

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
    • 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or cross-functional environment
    • Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities

    PREFERRED SKILLS

    • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
    • Prior exposure to process improvement or operational excellence initiatives
    • Executive communication experience or stakeholder management background
    • Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills for leadership updates
    • PMP or other project management certification is a plus

    PAY RANGE

    The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

    BENEFITS

    We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

    Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforces sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

    INcentives
