    Description
    Gastroenterology Opening in Washington, NC _x000D_Coastal; Greenville, NC 20m_x000D x000D_Seeking a board eligible or board certified Gastroenterologist to join their established gastroenterology practice located in Washington, North Carolina._x000D x000D_ Opportunity available due to retirement_x000D_ Established practice with 1 experienced gastroenterologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers_x000D_ Procedures will include general GI and advanced endoscopy cases (ERCP preferred
    • EUS optional)_x000D_ Experienced Advanced practice providers manage outpatient clinic flow_x000D_ Endoscopy suite located at Hospital_x000D_ Inpatient support by an experienced hospitalist team
    • GI team is a consult only service, no direct admitting responsibilities_x000D_ Call: 10 days per month, no weekend or holiday call_x000D_ Teaching opportunities are available_x000D_ Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefit package to include: guaranteed base salary, potential bonus structure, annual stipend, relocation assistance, vacation, sick, holidays, malpractice (with tail), 401k, 457b, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance _x000D x000D_In addition to a competitive compensation and benefits plan, qualified applicants may also be eligible for loan repayment, sign on bonus, income guarantees, and residency/fellowship paid commitment stipends.
    _x000D x000D_42-bed full-service hospital with an active medical staff of more than 50 physicians representing 20+ specialties, as well as more than 600 nurses, technicians and support staff.

    The hospital offers a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services including medical, surgical, intensive care, emergency, pediatrics and womens services.

    In addition there is a lab, diagnostic imaging services, physical and respiratory therapy._x000D x000D_Washington, North Carolina is a quaint waterfront community offering an excellent work life balance.
