    The Quality Assurance Engineer will use development skills to create automated testing routines. These routines will be implemented throughout the entire software development lifecycle including unit, system, and integration testing phases.

    This position will utilize a variety of technologies and tools to create testing routines to identify problems before software is released to customers.


    Job Goals:
    Ensure quality metrics are being achieved for software releases.
    Minimize manual testing efforts by using automated test conditions that cover both breadth and depth of test conditions.
    Identify defects faster so solutions can be introduced sooner and software can be released quicker.


    Job Responsibilities:


    Create, maintain, and execute automated test cases to improve testing efficiency and coveragePerform desktop, web, and mobile application testing to ensure high-quality software releases.

    Perform stress/performance testing to identify potential bottlenecks and optimize application.

    Partner with Support Analyst to maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and then building automated testing routines from the above artifacts.

    Collaborate with development teams to identify, report, and resolve software defects.


    QualificationsQualifications/Minimum Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field of study or equivalent work experience.

    Programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., C#, Python).Minimum 5 years Quality Assurance experience, preferably with desktop, web, and mobile applications.
