We are seeking a Failure Analysis Engineer at our office in Milpitas, CA

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for failure analysis on customer and internal FAs.
Perform bench/CT electrical test for both Discrete and IC products.
Responsible for root cause analysis.
Interface with Design/Product Engineering/Reliability on FA issues.
Publish FA reports in a timely manner.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum is a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering/physics/material science engineering. Master's degree is preferred.
The candidate ideally would have 5-10 years of FA/Product Engineering or related experience.
Must be familiar with curve trace and bench testing on ICs.
Must be familiar with FA techniques such as EMMI, Laser Scan, Thermal, X-ray, SEM, EDX, and device deprocessing.
Good oral and written communication skills are required.
Familiarity with both Digital and Analog circuits.
