Responsible for maintaining the laboratory work place, including equipment and records in good working order; and maintaining a positive image of the laboratory and hospital to the patients, community and co-workers.
Assists in researching, testing and briefing in-house new procedures or methodologies. Follows hospital and laboratory policies. Maintains safety regulations and cleanliness standards within section. Assists in training employees. Obtains patient blood from inpatients and outpatients as required. Assists in processing paperwork and filing as required.Qualifications:
