- Minimum 1-2 Years experience Mother/Baby, Postpartum required in an acute care facility required.
- Willing to speak with candidates that don't have recent acute care experience. However, as long as it is not like more than 5 years that they have not been in acute care. In addition, it also depends on how many years the candidate has.
- Texas RN licensure or compact license
- Current certification as a BLS healthcare upon hire by American Heart
- STABLE - Required or should be obtained within 6 months of hire
- NRP Required or should be obtained within 6 months of hire
